Hot Lunch Information

Fees (Effective 8-1-2015)

Hot lunch fees are paid at the beginning of each quarter at $130 per quarter per student. This is $520 total for the school year.

Hot Lunch Tickets may be purchased in the school office for $29 for 10 meals. Milk Tickets may be purchased for $4.50 for 10 cartons of milk.

Free and Reduced Lunch

We encourage all parents if they think they may be eligible for free or reduced lunches to fill out the forms and turn them in as soon as possible.

Cross school participates in the National Hot Lunch Program and therefore makes Free and Reduced meals available to children of parents who qualify. Information about this program is available in the office and applications are held in strict confidence.

Children will receive equal portions and will not be discriminated against in regards to such.

Lunch Policy / Cold Lunches

A cold lunch should consist of nutritious foods. Items such as candy and pop are not nutritious and therefore are not permitted. (Adopted by School Board 6/6/96).
